I am currently having a website built and am in need of an artist to create the characters / drawings / Caricatures to be associated with the website. The two characters will be similar to vintage war posters with desired modifications

What will be asked for

-The picture provided in various formats including as a vector image
-Ownership and full rights to use these image
-To be worked on until it is correct as required

Please provide

-Sample character graphics created in the past - required
