You have shown part photo. We need all other photos of the entire layout to make a perfect cad drawing. Kindly shoot with same lens field of vision ( Do not change zoom or distance). And in one photo keep a person inside the photo for appropriate scaling.

Hi, the layout for your wind tower could be done easily. How about the scaling you expect?. With the photograph you attached , I can keep it at the background in Autocad and make the layout drawing. One thing is that if you need other views, a photograph taken on the diagonally opposite side is needed.
