Description:	Association site needs a simpler theme-able design for it's member chapters (sub-organizations). Graphic Design must incorporate existing main site design elements, yet create an opportunity for the chapter to uniquely identify itself within the context of the larger organization. Chapter will have only one level of navigation which may be implemented as buttons / tabs along top or left side. Buttons or tabs must be text or stylesheet driven with no graphics. Page themes must be implemented as css style sheets (text, color, or graphic elements defined as a selectable stylesheet by the chapter administrator). Provider must include three example stylesheets which demonstrate the use of themes. Process will be three reviews with client as graphic files. Client will approve a single proof, then provider will be required to produce an HTML version of that design. Deliverable is one HTML design file (two styles commented out -- or javascript style selector in body area) and all supporting files in web-ready as well as source format (photoshop preferred). Please note: Design must be "liquid" and accomodate any size text or graphics in content area -- matching original, parent site. Parent site is http://www.eaca.com/ This site incorporates "themes" for each major section as illustrated in attached screenshots.
