Description

Need a talented illustrator to draw and color a character in the "super deformed" style similar to these images:

Those are perfect examples of the style and quality I need. If you're capable, please send me your sample art/portfolio/DeviantArt page.

This idea is very similar to the way characters work in Gaia Online (http://www.gaiaonline.com/). If you're not familiar with it, please make an account and try dressing a character. That should make this clear.

Other than the following, the details of the character are up to you, but it's critical that the following be present and kept on separate layers in Photoshop:

-hair
-eyes and eyebrows
-nose
-mouth
-gi/robe
-gloves

Like Gaia, all of these should be drawn on their own layers, but the body underneath should still be complete. For example, when the hair layer is hidden, the character should just have a bald head; when the gloves layer is hidden, his bare hands should be visible; and when the robe/gi is hidden, the character will just be...naked, except it's not necessary to draw any genitalia or underwear, just omit that.

Character's expression should be basically blank. Perspective should be facing at about the same angle as a Gaia character (just meaning that it's not directly facing the screen, but not facing directly to the side, either). The pose should be kind of a boxing stance with the hands up around shoulder level, knees slightly bent. Just enough to convey the "fighter" stance, but it doesn't have to be exact.

$30 per character. (Time Frame: ~1 day per character - I'm a full time college student, but I can get these done fairly quickly) See PMB for attachment. (Also wanted to add: that I can do this job in the style that you require, not necessarily the super quick style shown in my outdated attachment - it's very old - it's just the only chibi style I have thats not on notebook paper)
