I require 4 banners to be created. The specification of these banners need to be:

468x60

File size: 15k

File format: (animated) gif/jpg

I WILL REQUIRE A SAMPLE BANNER DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR MY STORE SO THAT I CAN GAUGE THE QUALITY OF YOUR WORK.

Besides having the creative and technical skill, you will also need to have the Marketing knowledge to include the necessary components into these banners to drive sales. More details on request via PMB.
