Wordpress MU install, migration, theme creation [from mockup provided], logo/banner design, and plugin setup (no new plugins should need to be created by you. rather: i will explain the features required and you may choose from available plugins).

NO COPY & PASTED BIDS PLEASE. Just message with your Wordpress MU experience (if you've only dealt with regular Wordpress and not MU, please confirm/guarantee your ability to master this project and we'll consider you anyway) and examples of your graphic design capabilities.
