Description

I have a splash page for my company website. I need a graphics designer to take the image of our splash page and make it glow orange (the same orange in our logo) and pulsate with the orange glowing and then fading.

The quality of the animation must be perfect. Someone tried to give me a animated gif that what hooriably pixelated and said that was the best they could do.

If you do not know how to make an animated gif look 100% crystal clear, then do not bid.

I would prefer if you attached a sample animated gif of something glowing and pulsing with the glow so I can see that you understand the concept.

I need this project done within the next 3 hours. If you cannout get it done TODAY, then do not bid.
