I am looking for someone to utilize their opt in email list, ideally it would be for consumers in the US looking for a romantic gift for Valentine's Day.

We sell a message in a bottle via http://www.bottlemeamessage.com

The email would have to look like this

Hoping to do about 200,000 emails per week starting this week until the end of January.

Looking to spend around $100-$200 for whole thing.
