Description

I need a designer to design 3 flyers [2 new design and fix 1 existing design]
1. Must be cross browser compatable, as well as cross screen setting, so the viewer who has 19" wide screen monitor sees the same as the viewer who had a 15" CRT monitor
2. Should be easy to update, all the images are easily replaced. I must have all the PSD files with layers.
3. show me how to send it to multiple emails, they all should be able to view it regardless of the image blocker in some browsers
4. no HTML layers, instead i need good stable coding
5. Payment in Escrow, released on Delivary
6. I need to keep the one existing flyer but move it from layer platform to good stable coding with the ability to change it as i wish

all flyers are driven from the web sites, i will send you if interested
