Description: We send out a weekly newsletter email to our customer base. I need a very good and creative designer who can come up stunning, eye catching ads to insert into our newsletters. The newsletter will pretty much only contain these ads and our company info/logo/menus.

We have a template that we use with a header and footer that looks like our site and we just need to come up with some promotions each week and come up with the creative. It should probably be in the format of an Image map with several links.
And I can actually send you many examples of the emails I like.

Once weekly ad is created and approved, you would send them to me and I will into the email template and send out to all users.

I need an experienced designer that knows how to stop people in their tracks, get them to look and be amazed and click. If you can recommend good ideas for the actual weekly promotion that draw peoples' attention, that will be even better.
