Looking for Experienced Craigslist Ad Posters - Must be experienced

Description:
We are looking for an EXPERT or someone or a team who is experienced to POST ads to Craigslist in the "Electronics" section in the US. You must have experience with multiple postings/daily on craigslist. This will be an ongoing partnership.

I will provide you with the ads to post each week. You will need to post 50 ads a day twice a day, Monday through Friday.

You must/will....
• you will be responsible to manage your own IP addresses, craigslist accounts and phone verified accounts as needed. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• you must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• you will need to monitor your posting to verify no ghosting, flags, etc. The posting must stay up at least 12 hours. (If you are not sure what this means, DO NOT BID.)
• Post 50 ads a day twice a day - Sunday through Friday. (The first posting needs to be made between 6am and 10am EST and the second posting will need to take place between 3pm and 7pm EST. I will give you a time for this)
• varying ad copy and rotating ads - I will supply the first ad, you will need to modify for each set of postings
• provide a daily report with links to every ad
• should be easy to communicate with on a daily basis
• for communication you must have or create a google talk account.
• you will need to set up email redirect to my email so that I can answer any ticket questions.
• you will need to know how to place html ad or image based ads.
• you must have experience in placing html ads with a link.
• you provide redirecting domains so that the URL used in the ads doesn't get blacklisted.

I will....
• Provide the ads that need to be posted each week on Sunday
• Provide the cities/states that the ads need to be placed in.
• My rate is .11 cents per listed ad - this can go up based on performance and results.

Term:
• I would like a trial period of 1 week, depending on our results this could continue indefinitely. I will be able to tell after a week how the postings went based on sales.
• Post 50 ads a day twice a day - Monday through Friday. (The first posting needs to be made between 6am and 10am EST and the second posting will need to take place between 3pm and 7pm EST. I will give you more specifics for the time.)
• based on results the number of ads posted per day could increase.

Payment:
• My rate is .11 cents per listed ad - this can go up based on performance and results.
• Pay weekly via PayPal

We are ready for multiple people to start immediately. If you do not know how to manage your own IP addresses, craigslist accounts and phone verified accounts as needed. DO NOT BID.

There is 3 separate products/ads currently that need to be posted twice daily.
