Description

This project involves creating four 3D floor plans of a small structure (about 500 square feet) from provided autocad and pdf schematics (I will provide a link to .zip file upon request).

The project also involves creating a 3D structural cut-away from one of the four floor plans and rendering it similarly to the one provided (see attached) with the following modifications. Construction photographs are being provided to provide additional insight into the materials and construction methods used.

This project has been done nearly to completion once, but the information has changed. It is imperative that this project be turned around by no later than 4 PM Friday, June 15th Eastern Time US. Do not bid unless you are able to meet this deadline. All source files must be provided once final payment is received.

NOTE: Provided DWG file is NOT CURRENT. The PDF schematics trump the DWG file, and should be taken in context with the construction photographs that are being provided of one floor plan that is presently under construction. The 3D cut-away will be of this particular floor plan (the cut-away image provided in the sample images). Also, the four 3D floor plan examples are shaded different hues...the final 3D floor plans should be in grayscale only. The shape of the furniture should be representative, but there is no need to color or texturize. It is just important that the layouts and structural representations are accurate. These can be determined by looking at the PDF floor plans provided.

Here are some of the specific modifications to the existing cut-away that need to be made:
Change siding color, interior color and exterior trim to a standard color
Provide detail in the bilge per construction photographs
Should show bulk heads, bilge pumps, 750 gallon holding tank and lights on the exterior
Change siding profile to be consistent with photographs and new plans
The forward and aft deck has an aluminum top and is then covered with a neutral outdoor carpet
Modify window placement and design
Show blown insulation in roof
Front door should be sliding glass door per photographs and schematics
Place interior walls in the correct locations per schematic
Show rails on porches per photographs and schematics
Show representations of correct furniture. See www.ashleyhomestores.com and the following furniture list (your pick of appropriate pieces).
