Document Design Project/Technical Writer

This project is to provide users with a user manual for my website, basically a document on how to use the site www.talentontherise.com. I need someone to go through the site as a user to make sure the User Manual explains how to use the site. I also need to re-design the document in Adobe Photoshop. I need the pdf document to be set up with a table of contents that matches the website, and each chapter as the matching text. As you can see with the attached example, there're photos, logos and text, (User [login to view URL]). The deliverable should be a high quality designed PDF document with all the content (described above), including a Table of Contents, you will create the images and link references to complete the project if need be. I will provide a user name & password to access the members side of the site.
