I WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SOMEONE WHO CAN DEVOTE ALL THE TIME NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT AND NOT WORK ON OTHER PROJECTS IN THE MEANTIME. DO NOT BID ON THIS IF YOU CANNOT DEVOTE SERIOUS TIME TO THE PROJECT.

So I already have a website (www.armyuniverse.com) which is complete and functional. and I just wanted to make some more changes to the site.

***The person who takes this project must be available to do work and be on top of the site constantly because there is a lot of work that needs to be done to the site. If you cannot handle the job, do not bid on it. Whoever handles this job should also be fluent with their work and know how to do the whole job. Please read the list carefully.****

I wanted to change the template of my website, just a drop (I will give further details, it is mostly making the site wider and bigger, add some footers and load a new logo, make the homepage completely different than what it is now),

I want to add a order tracking page (where all customers would need to put would be their order number and zip code for example and that would give them their order status page right away),

fix the footer of the site by adding separate areas for shipping and customer service (an example would can be found at www. electronicsshowplace. com).

I also wanted to redo the customer side of the order status and give them areas to check status quickly and print an invoice.

I also would like to add on the checkout success page an area where it gives them their order number and a whole new message. (message is ready, just needs to be implemented).

***The most important thing would be to clear up all white space and reduce image sizes and make the site as quick as can be! Whatever needs to be done to make the site run as quick as possible. This is so vital to the success of the website. Right now the site isn't working quickly and its a major problem. *** this is very important and must be done first and right away!

One more thing would be to change the checkout process to be on a one page type which would make it quick and easy for customers. Right now the process is complicated and its just resulted in bailed shopping carts. ( I will give an example of what I am looking for. It can be found here: http://checkout.dynamoeffects.com/ add a product to the checkout page and that is what I am interested in doing)

Fix the coupons module so they can be added on the checkout process.

I was having a couple of issues with the site running in different browsers. The site should be able to function in all browsers from top to bottom without getting any error messages. Also getting error messages with the checkout process but hopefully that will be taken care of with the project above.

I also want to redo the homepage completely by adding all the categories on it with little thumbnail pictures. (i will elaborate in further details soon)

On the highslide images to fix them a drop (i will elaborate further) just need to remove the wording and fix it up a drop. (Simple job)

fix the site template to be a little bit neater. (will elaborate, should be fairly easy)

Add more page views on my new products page and fix my specials page.

Edit the paypal pro module a drop.

Need to redo the packing slips and invoice pages as well. This will be a total redo of both of them.

Also interested in adding/fixing these modules:

2. Store Orders (shipped ones and orders that are completed)
3. Admin reports count reset
4. Ask a product question on each page.
5. Add ajax shopping cart - will give more details.
6. add an RSS feed to the website.
7. Fix the google languages on the website ( i will elaborate further)
8. Google anylytics integration with orders.
9. differentiate between different orders coming in.
10. Install a top SEO package for the website. (a simple one is already in place. More details will follow)


on the backend, clean up the toolbars and separate them according to my liking. Fix the orders page a drop so it is easier to access it. (more details will follow)

**i am also looking to integrate my orders from amazon.com and ebay.com to be able to come to the backend of the site so the orders will be in the same area and be able to edit everything from one backend. This part of the project may be the longest, so it will be the last thing on the list. I need all the products on the website, integrated with amazon.com and ebay.com (ebay store or wtvr is needed), so all orders coming in and anything that is changed on the backend will happen as well with the ebay or amazon pages. (an example will be given if necessary).

To integrate the website with endicia to print labels for shipping - i have a module on the backend already but it barely works.

other things may come up, but this is most of what I would like done. It's a lengthy project so i need someone who can devote time to do the project and complete it quickly.
