Description

Make some Maps (same info is attached--easier to read as a Word doc I think.)

1) I’d like 6 maps made. They don't need to be very fancy. Just images. Something in between these two examples in the links below would be good (and maybe closer to the tauck example):

Another example of a nice map (click on the map to the left)

2) I’d also like Google Maps made for the same places. I think these maps might be called Google Community Walk maps, where you can add your own bubbles, though I’m not sure.
(It’s a great tool, a good skill to know how to make these maps. I just don’t have time to learn it).

For the drawn maps:

Like in the tauk link example, make 2 images--the larger expanded one, and the small country or region (or continent one).

• Earth colors would be best. Make all maps the same colors. Matching colors to this website will be good, where they will go www.iCareTravel.com
• Red color for the on-the-ground route. Green for the flight route.
• Please put a country flag and highest elevation on every map, like you see in the Tauk link above.


For Southern Africa:

MAP 1) Here is an example for you:

There are 4 stops (or bubbles): Cape Town, Maun in Botswana (you can Google ‘Maun Botswana map’ and find its location), Victoria Falls, and Johannesburg. Please name the countries. We don’t need the Zimbabwe country outline but the Zambia one (Victoria Falls divides those countries; we are in Zambia).
The route is all flights, so it will be green.

2) Tanzania and Zanzibar

This map needs to include the islands of Zanzibar. Same on-the-ground route with same stops, but have the flight from Serengeti go to Stone Town on Zanzibar, and then Stone Town to Arusha.


3) Costa Rica

You can put in the same route you see in the link above.


4) Peru and Ecuador (this map shows Peru And Bolivia, but we need Ecuador, not Bolivia.)

The route goes: Lima to Quito, Ecuador is a flight, Quito to Coca is a flight, Coca to Montana (up the Nopa river) is red (on the ground route). The route goes up the Nopa River, so please put in the Nopa River, then Montana back to Quito (one the ground).

5) Arizona

The route goes: Sedona to Grand Canyon to Canyon de Chelly back to Sedona. All green.


6) Galapagos and (mainland) Ecuador
There is not a Tauk map example.

The route goes the same as above, but includes a flights to the Galapagos
