i want a logo plus nice header design for the site www.influxive.com

rest of the site will remain as it is now but need header and logo

give me separate price for logo and header

need psd format,
best samples, lowest pricing and highest rating company or individual will be choosen
do not bid too high as this is personal project

need to be done in 2-3 days max
