hi there i am looking for someone who can design me an amazing vbulletin PSD template design. i am looking for someone with exceptional graphic design skills who can put some artistic flare into the design. the website is a gangster website so the design needs to be ghetto, urban with a cannabis influence. i want something totally customized rather than a new header with some color changes. i want the forum to feel PIMPED out with graffiti elements and a hip-hop luxurious bling feel to it.

i would like to work with someone in the UK or USA as i believe they will understand STREET ART and communication and understanding will be better between us. i have a vision of GRAND THEFT AUTO styled cartoon artwork. i need a pimp character in the design so someone who has illustration skills would be a very big bonus.

i would also like customized buttons and post bits, basically all my design elements that i can then get coded into a template. i will also need to see portfolio artwork that matches the style of artwork i am looking for. this is a specialized design and not a corporate design so extreme artwork would be the way to go. the design must have a gangster, bad boy image with a fun cartoon sense of humor.

only people who are experienced in this sort of design and illustration will be considered. it is important that i find someone who has the ability to create an outstanding vbulletin design for this project. someone with enthusiasm who has a pride in their work, creativity and imagination will be needed for this project.

I am originally from LA and I do that fire ghetto street shit. I am going to send you a pm of an album cover I did a few years ago. It was all hand drawn then I digitized it for the project. I used to bomb walls and I am pretty sure I can turn your idea into some pretty cool artwork. Check the PM.
