Description

Hello,

I need a search box which is the same as the one listed as an example. I can only provide the backgound image. The box should be as much CSS as possible but requires a few photoshop created parts or images to make it up. Buttons, most text and formfields should use a stylesheet.

If I can find someone who can do a good job against a reasonable price, I have many other things along the same line which need to be created for future jobs.
