I'm looking for a photoshop expert to alter some basic band photos that I have and make them look top class!

Basically I have a basic band photo (3 people) that I would like to spice up! The band plays metal music which I think should be relevant.

I would like the designer to put a background on the picture, add a band logo (I will supply). There may be small alterations to make on some band members in the picture but only very small. Basically make a kick ass picture from what I give you.

Bascially its a cloud effect that I would like behind/over the band maybe, same colour, and I would like the band to blend into the picture well.

This should take a photoshop expert too long to complete, which is why my budget is $20 - $40.

I would then like a image for each band member. Basically the layout of the first but only one band member in each photo.
