Hi and thanks for looking at my project! :-)

I'm looking for a female cartoon character to represent my new web site. I'd like her to have characteristics along these lines:

- Blonde Hair
- Fair skin
- Glasses
- Smiling (almost as if she's so excited she can't stand it)
- Attractive in a middle-aged type of way (not too skinny, but not too fat) :-)
- Someone who looks approachable and friendly
- Sitting for now, but might want to do one with her standing as well (depends on cost)
- I'm open to suggestions on the clothes she'll wear, but I do have a color scheme I'd like her to coordinate with, which I'll supply to the selected bidder.

No clipart please! I need something that's one-of-a-kind for branding purposes. I'd prefer to have it done in Photoshop, and, if possible, would like to have the source file when it's complete.

If you can also turn this into an animated character, please mention that in your bid or by PMB. I don't need it right now, but it's definitely something I'll be looking at in the next month or two.
