Description

I need a clean simple genuine logo to add on business cards + website
The delivrables should include sources in Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver format
Bider should include mockup (png/jpg) with their proposal

Colors schema will be provided

I would like the logo to represent my business

The following clues are provided :

An animal cell -> (networking representation ) with a nucleus -> (information/data representation)
A notepad + pencil -> (consulting, brainstorming representation)
A microscope -> (auditing, analysing representation)
A trowel + bricks -> (building, integration representation)
A open hand -> (sharing representation)

Organizing these items is left to the bider though my attached mockup suggest a layout

Please note that each element should be put on different layer
