Description

I have two sketched drafts for ideas for a site banners both of which I will need designed.
I was looking to have the banners created around 800px wide by 150px high or there about.
The banners are not overly complex. Both will have white backgrounds and the name of the site "BarScout" written in a bold font, with a little picture to the left which will need to be designed based on my sketches. I have uploaded the sketches as a pdf. The character in the first sketch I wanted to sort of look like a cross between "Yogi Bear" and the "Bundaberg Rum Bear". The flag on the beer glass in the second sketch is the Australian Flag.

In addition to this I also need a map of Australia pretty much the same as this:

(Same dimensions etc)
But have the image done in "Australian Flag" Blue and have thicker state lines that will be in white. I do not need the state abbreviations as in the above sample, plain blue states are fine. White background is fine.
