I want to duplicate this tutorial with a different text.

The text will be "TN Irrigation"

I want the picture size to be 3000 width x 2000 height px. (300 dpi)

and text to fill about 60% of the horizontal size (centered).

I want the final graphic to be delivered in .PSD format with all the layers present at the final.

Please be sure to follow all the directions and replicate the quality as they have in the tutorial. *EXACT*
You do NOT have to put any bugs or butterflies (like in tutorial).

I can do this myself, but don't have any time.

The budget for this project is $20.
