Description

We need an order form in 2 pages generated as a pdf file, ready for printing in operational usage (beside original graphic files). In general we have a full pdf example of 2 pages incl. our own modifications about the changes we want. There for it will be 70% redesign (Different Layout) and 30% own creation. How will the 2 pages be constructed:
1. Page is more a marketing issue 60% own creation and with ev. including new pictures, from free licence royalties agreement (optional). The rest will be from the sample as redesign.
2. Page is 90% redesign with our own layout style and 10% new creation of the order form, where we suggest, that you can make it better for as the example for better customer understanding.

As mentioned we will provide full pdf example and our own instructions including our own logo (which gives a lot info about our layout style). There for we do not expect a lot of reviews, accept that the language will be in German (smaller mistakes can appear).
