Description

We have a slight problem.
After a recent computer crash, we lost a very important image file, but we didnt back it up!

What we would like, is for an EXPERIENCED graphic designer to re-create the file, in PNG format, but also to update it a little too.

There are two formats of file;
One is a file with a single price in big letters and then a small comment underneath.
Second is a file with various quantity down the left, then prices on the right.

*I HAVE ATTATCHED ALL FILES FOR YOU TO PREVIEW ONTO THIS PROJECT*

As you will see, the background is grey with the "well-glow" logo on the back. I would like this to be the background again too. I will provide logo to the winning service provider.
I would like it to remain the same shape as the original but please also feel free to make some alterations. it must be editable in Photoshop and Fireworks.

This is a low budget project so please let us know your price. As I said before, experienced designers and gold users only.

Payment is made 100% in advance by Escrow, then will be paid immediately on completion.
