Description

Design a tri-fold brochure for my business that communicates information from my website in a profession manner. The business is a counseling practice offering online and face-to-face counseling.

If we're interested in your bid, we'll provide a link to the site for more information for this project through your PM.

Specifics are:
1. Pictures from the site were purchased, so they can be provided if used in the brochure.
2. We'll provide a different photo of the counselor.
4. Use: This brochure will be used to inform current and past clients of services, including showcasing the online counseling service.
5. Needs to communicate that we provide mental health and chemical dependency outpatient services.
6. 8 1/2" x 11", tri-fold, 3338px x 2588px for each side, 1/16" bleed.
7. Format should be .TIF, .PDF, .JPG, or .EPS. Original file must be included for future editing purposes.

Please provide drafts or link to portfolio for consideration. If you don't have something to show, you won't be considered.

We will escrow payment and release it upon satisfactory completion of the project.
