I need help installing "UltraPics 2.08 with Lightbox 2.04" contribution

The constribution page is :

My oscommerce based on version 2.1 and this is my default product_info.php

I fallowed the readme file and made this version_2 php file:

But none of the extra image wont show up like this :

Then i try copy the product_info in the constribution package becaouse there are some lines in the php file dont write in the readme file.

i think its just a table isue , becouse beside to product_info.php everything works well in admin page..



So i need the some one edit product_info.php to my oscommerce theme..
