Description: I have an OS site, wehreby I need to create an area near the top of the page to enable dyanamic banners (swf). I will design the banners but need someone to set up the area in preparation. The banner will be rotating,I need at least 4 banner to rotate, and managed from the admin area. I would like to do this as soon as possible.
