Description

An image need to be vectorized to high resolution (300dpi) in photoshop (7,CS, CS1,2,3). I want all layers intact and named each layer accordingly.No merge layers. For graphic expert, the job is only 10 mins. Very tight budget. Not more than $30. Attached is the low resolution image to give you an idea of the image. Colors need to be exact as in image. Want absolute professional job.
