Description:	So heres the deal. I'm looking to create a makeover for my phpbb forum, and am looking for a talented designer/photoshop artist to put together a really good looking skin/layout for my hip hop forum. Basically you are just creating a blueprint for me to give the person who will eventually create the actual skin. You don't have to actually code anything...just design it for me. Then i'll find somebody to do the coding. You can use a template of another forum and just remake the header/banner etc and the parts which would apply to my site, or you can design it from scratch. But what i really need is somebody with a lot of talent who can deliver an amazing product in a short amount of time. Although the forum is for a hip hop artist, i wanted to everybody an idea as to the level of design work i'm looking for.
