New logo for professional eye care office

Sample work required. We require multiple suggestions to steer the selection process, and willingness to work with us as to our preferences and edit requests leading to the final product.

Deliverables: to be provided in multiple formats allowing various uses
- website logo (transparent, white background, black background
- gif
- jpg
- png with layers allowing edits
- Three presentations of the final logo: transparent, white background, and black background)
- High resolution for printing
- Created in a way that the sub-heading can be changed if the doctors change.
