I need an illustrated logo/avatar created and some background colors modified on an existing wordpress blog. I have original psd file and need someone to work some magic.

I purchased this theme here:

I need the avatar/girl in the top left changed to another girl because everyone else has this same girl on their blog. Here is an idea of what I'm wanting for the graphic:

However, we want her to be ethnically ambiguous. And the legs turned in representing the letter K incorporated in our comapany name. Is there a way to change the color of the lady in the example above and have her legs turned inward to make it appear that she's "weak at the knees"?

I need to modify background colors so the site is black and smokey gray. I want the top portion to be smokey gray and the rest of the background too be white with a light touch of gradient color..

I must have this back immediately TODAY! (within 6-8 hours)... If you can't give it too me in this time frame, DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT.
