Description

I will be re-designing the look/feel of a website for a client and they need a logo. That is where you come in. I will probably based the look/feel off of the logo. Please note the website listed below is of the CURRENT website and not the re-design (just to help you get a better understanding of the site). I'm also attaching some some logo comps that were already created, but not selected.

Preference will be given to those who provide actual logo comps. I would like to see 5 different variations. If you decide not to provide logo comps, please send me examples of your previous logo work or link to your portfolio. Budget is $50-75. Once selected, you will need to provide an inverted version as well. I will ask that you provide web versions and high res/print versions.

Brief Summary
Looking for a positive/upbeat logo which will be used as a starting point for the site’s redesign. It needs to encompass the sites purpose; looking for your interpretations and expressions.

Description
A site for people to ask questions (about places they don't live) and provide opinions (ratings/comments) on where they do live (community, neighborhood, city).

Wants
I believe the logo should graphically represent / encompass the point of the site. The potential market place is wide open, both in types of people and global locations (English only at first).

I didn't incorporate a tagline since I would think it would affect the flavicon. If this isn't true, please comment about it and I will include a tagline in the comments. Thanks!

Colors
blues, greens and touches of orange with good use of white space

San Seriff fonts only please.

Websites in consideration for re-design
· http://fireeagle.yahoo.net/ - I like the background, it lets you know the site is location based quickly; it also looks fun; maybe a bit cartoonish or the target age is younger, but fun just the same

· www.silverbackapp.com Cool, simple, pictures/video explains quickly

· www.mint.com clean, green, refreshing.

· http://www.wishlistr.com/ - Character is fun and expresses target audience
