Re-create logo / better quality / clean image

I like the way my logo looks already, but I need a super clean new logo that looks just like the one I have.

I don't want a complete redesign, I want the one I have to look better, cleaner, ready for printing and web use.

See attached logo (tiff, jpg). The colors are correct and the font and layout is perfect. Re-create the logo in these formats:

(1) Large logo about 800 pixels across in TIFF format.
White background.

(1) Large logo about 500 pixels across in JPG format.
White background.

(2) Smaller logo about 300 pixels wide in JPG format.
White and transparent background ( 1 image each).

If you can create a logo for me that looks just like the one I have but has distinct edges, clean borders and solid colors with NO random pixels polluting the logo in any way... then I want you to bid on this project.

Important point: I have been using freelancers for years... having said that, I will demand that the work be done to my satisfaction AND within the deadline which is August 15th (including all revisions). If the work is not completed on that date, the fees will be reduced by $10 per day thereafter. All rights to any and all work will be mine at any stage in the process. Email communication is critical. I must receive regular updates about the project every 3 days without my prompting or request.

Budget: 30-50 maximum.
