Logo needed for new condominium development in Massachusetts USA. Submit your design concepts by the proposal deadline.

The condominium development is called "Oxford Heights." The slogan, which you can choose to include in the logo or not, is "Energy Efficient Luxury Condominiums."

These townhouse condominiums utilize solar panels for electricity and geothermal systems for heat/air conditioning, so their energy needs are almost entirely self-generated and utilize natural sources. The development is located in a rural location and features low-water plantings, solar lighting and other eco-friendly designs.

The client desires a logo that incorporates the energy (solar/ground) environmental aspect as well as the luxury aspect. Units have granite counters, hardwood floors and many features of high-end homes. The logo should not look childish or cartoonish, but be formal in a friendly way. Simple will win over elaborate. Bold fonts preferred for better visibility of the advertising signage. If you have any other questions about the design requirements, please contact us.

Scope of project:
We ask you to submit your logo design concept thru this site in a jpg or gif low-res file. When the proposal period ends, we will review the logos. Upon choosing one (or more) winner, we will escrow the funds and release them upon receipt of the EPS file(s) from the designer.

Our client will not hire you to develop the logo based on your portfolio of past work. Client seeks a design concept from you. There may be changes requested to your design, or the client may accept it as-is. We will NOT use any submitted designs without paying the designer.

Your work must be original, without utilizing anyone else's copyrighted elements. Purchase of your logo will constitute transfer of your copyright to us -- this is "work for hire" and you will not own any rights to the work if we purchase it. (If we do not choose your design, of course all rights remain yours.)

Payment for the logo will be fixed at $250.
