Description
A graphics expert should possess the tools and the efficiency to do this job fairly quickly in less than half an hour.I have an image (see attached) and I need each logo extracted into 30 46x46 PNG IMAGES.
IMPORTANT!! NOTE!! I've already extracted the logos.. but the logos in my images are off center:: THE LOGO MUST BE CENTERED IN EACH OF THE 46X46 IMAGES!! this means both vertically and horizontally. the backround must be completely white. also all logos must be fairly the same size within the images.
Please this job must be done in a professional image manipulation program and not microsoft paint, etc. I want good quality pngs. My script will detect the white background and convert it to transparent automoatically.
If you think you can follow these easy instructions.

I've also attached an example 2-1.png image of what i want except its not the right dimensions and logo needs to be centered.

Sorry, the specs have changed. The images need to be 38x38. I want good quality logos.. not blurry.. but 4-5KBs in size.
The images will have to be individually uploaded via cms on a website and once the buttons on the site are confirmed by the client payment will be released and project will be completed. You will be in charge of making the buttons look good depending on the quality of the images-- essentially they should be centered and not blurry.

Forgot to mention raised budget to $20. Apparently feedback cannot be left on projects < $30. I will be choosing a candidate tonight.
Images must be named [row position on grid]-[column position on grid].png examples :1-1.png, 1-2.png, 1-3.png... 10-1.png..10-3.png
