Description

I need a design that looks like http://osc3.template-help.com/joomla_19465/ .If you can make it look better that's great. I need it in Photoshop layered format and as well CSS/Xhtml standard compliant.

I'll need to see a preview of it before you put it into html.

You'll have to code it in a clear html, with comments where div begin/end, boxes will need to be fluid, probably on height.
Need just 2 pages : frontpage and inner page ( the inner would probably have 2 cols.)
