Description

Project is divided into 3 parts: company logo, cid stationary and company brochure.

START AND WINNING BID
You have to bid by creating a logo and sending it to us.
The logo should be young, fresh, vibrant and innovative.
The logo should not be copied or a modification of another logo and you are responsible for not copying other logos.
The best logo (the one we like the most) gets the job.
Please no horrible mockups or sketches: we need a proof of concept and an almost finished work.
The company is called "IP Faber" and it does Intellectual Property Asset Management, is based in Italy and has both italian and international clients.

We do not particularly like their black website and we are working together with the company to redesign their corporate identity.

PROCESS
Logo
1) We do not have any concept ready for the logo
2) You will be creating a new one and present a well done design
3) We will select the one we like
4) We will approve it or require additional modification
5) Once you get final design of the logo, we will start working on the cid stationary and the brochure

STATIONARY
Same process as described above.
Biz cards, Invitation cards, A4 company letter + envelope

COMPANY BROCHURE
Same process as described above.
A4 format and smaller format (maybe A5 and/or 9X14 cm).

CONCEPT AND FILES
We will provide you only with text files for stationary and brochure. Concepts, mockups and final designs are your responsibility.

FILES DELIVERY AND SPECIFICATIONS
We need to have all and every master file for the project, as well as specifications for text, colors and images used (specifications should be embedded on files copies) both for web usage (eg web safe colors) and print usage (pantone colors...).
Final files (logo + stationary + menu) should be low, medium and high res and optimized for web and printing ( jpg, gif, tiff, pdf, vector ai, eps and psd formats required)
We need to have copyright on every single file/doc/image produced.
You need to sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement) with us.

MONEY
Payments will be done only at the end of the project and only after files + specifications are duly sent to us, via escrow account or other payment we both agree on.

BID
Only serious bidders, general bid will not be taken into consideration.
Only bidders with logo design experience please.
