Description:	We are looking for someone to redesign our company logo using an innovative blend of provided images and descriptive text to help position our company for the launch of a new version of our flagship (only) product suite. Once this is complete, we require the logo to be incorporated into artwork which will be used in splash screens, about boxes, installer screens, documentation, etc. Our company, Meercat Pty Ltd. is a boutique software design, consulting group tackling only specialised projects in the enterprise risk management space, but we are broadening our product capabilities and we are looking to escape our innocent past and put on a more assertive face. In a number of works, we want our image to appear: simple, dynamic, creative, intelligent, new establishment, audacious, quality, timeless, innovative, revolutionary. The current logo (see attached) is just the head of the meerkat but I have thought to focus in on the eye, using the examples shown (cat's eye, solar eclipse, eagle, etc.) or to use something more abstract of your own devising. I am open to ideas but don't want the logo and the name being antagonistic. Once the logo it approved, we want the specified artwork to be developed, including the detailed description of colour schemes, fonts and general usage guidelines. Deliverables: 1) Completed and approved: a) logo artwork; b) Win32 application splash screen; c) Win32 About box; d) Windows Mobile splash screen; e) Windows Mobile About box; and f) Placement, font and colour usage documentation. 2) Deliverables must be in both source file format and ready-to-use condition, i.e. vector graphics format (Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop or equivalent) as well as JPEG/PNG for deployment. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
