Description: Hi, I'd like to commission someone to assist me in development of a website for my company's Federal Group. I'd like to host the project on siteground.com and use joomla 1.5, unless there is a compelling reason to stay with 1.12.

The look and feel of the site would be similar to www.websense.com/securitylabs. This site is done with reddot, but I prefer to do our sitein joomla.

So, I'll need help with creating/copying a site design, picking the correct plug-ins.

Due to the interactivity on this project design, I'll require someone who with strong english speaking skills, at least during the design and project plan. If you chose to assign this to someone who only has written skills after that, that is fine, because I prefer to work through email and IM after the main consultation.

Consider this portion of the request based for the consultation and design session (approx 1 hour). But do not apply if you can't do the work. I will expect a second quote after the consultation session.
