Create Joomla 1.5 template for a simple Joomla site. The Joomla template should have a clean, professional/corporate look and feel that reflects the company brand. Template colors are orange, silver (platinum), white and black. We would also like a dynamic (flyouts) navigation system with sub-menu abilities.

The project delivery product would be a zipped folder containing the template files. This zipped folder should be easy to install on the Joomla site without further configurations.
