Make some design changes to my Joomla-based site

Detail Project Description:

I have a Joomla-based site advertising my business. I would like some minor changes made to the overall appearance of the site in regards to color and design.

Specifications/Requirements:

o Change the banner of my site
o Clean up some of the html of my site, such borders, margins, text, fonts, etc. – there are some small aspects of my site that don’t look as clean as they should be
o Give the site more of a Web 2.0 look – minimalist yet professional
o Evaluate SEO and make improvements as necessary
o Add blog component to site

Additional information:

Please keep in mind, I need *both* a designer and someone familiar with Joomla.
