Description

We have a two existing static website that we would like to convert to Joomla sites. I'll provide the Joomla server and I would like someone to create a skin and load the content from the old site. There are approximately 45 pages to convert on the first site and 12 pages on the second site. All of the pages have the same basic look and feel, the only difference is the content in the center of the page. The two websites have the same look and feel, the only difference being the graphics and the color scheme, applied via CSS. Under the hood they are the same.

I've attached screenshots of each site to assist with determining the effort required and to illustrate what we need to accomplish. I've redacted any information that may identify the company since getafreelancer.com's policies prohibit posting contact information.

Specifically, I'll need:

Two Joomla skins, each with:
1. Top navigation menu
2. A header for logo placement
3. A left section for graphics
4. A footer for disclaimers, etc
5. Four main content areas in the center of each page(2 rows, 2 columns)
6. .PSD files with slices for each skin

Full documentation of skin so future skins may be created and applied without destroying existing site.

Once existing sites are converted, I will create a separate project for creation of two new skins with Flash graphics, modernizing the design and granting artistic freedom to the winning bidder.
