| You have not mentioned hand drawings or computer aided 2D drawings. We have two experts and both are in 3D modelling using studio MAX and AutoCAD. If you want to render a high level component drawing with textures it would be good to give us 1 day for quality check otherwise producing a good view according to manufacturer's requirement is not difficult from a 3D drawing. Our artists can add light and overlays to name components where needed. However from your description we understand that you need at least 3 different angles. we can provide a 360 degree rotational view for your convenience as well.
Rate of $30 is simply the minimum you have written. If the amount of time required is less we reduce it.
