| I have worked on Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk AutoCAD for a long time now. I have made some of the best models my friends have ever seen. I can do this in Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk AutoCAD, but I prefer Autodesk Inventor.
I can also do this in Blender or K3D.

| Now I am working for company "Martineli ", as an 3D designer for 5 years already .I'm working with 3D max, POSER and many 3D(and 3D animation) software, DVD software, graphical and LOGO designer software, AUTOCAD, photoshop, coreldraw. I have very good knowledge of VRAY, default MAX render, final render,mentalRAY, radiocity. My job is to make 3D visualizations&animation for home's interiors and exteriors including my one ideas for the arrangement and flash, DVD& video presentations.

| well i have more than 20 years of experience in CAD and 3d modelling, 3d animation, currently working with a software house with its multimedia department as 3d Artist, this is a US based firm, before this i worked with another US based firm as 3d Artist, for about a year, before this i worked for an other US based firm for about 5 years as 3d Artist, before this i worked as CAD Analyst for an engineering consultancy firm for about 3 years and yes before this i worked as Jr. computer programmer and supervisor in a engineering contractor firm for about 4 years, before this worked in small consultancy firm as computer operator for 5 years
after doing all these years, now i am interested in working as freelancer, same as i have been working for outsourcing companies, as i am new here and free user so i can attached sample of my work, which of course are immense in numbers, both high quality images, and animations, in architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical, interiors, furnishers, other home appliances etc.
well of course i can convert your 2d drawings, sketches, and raster images, into precise beautiful 3d models and then can render them in quality images and animations

well my own website is underconstruction,,, but i put a page there to show my SolidWorks samples, i have done about 300 3d models like this, providing 3 drawings of the model,, front, left, and top,, even some were only two,,, as i am well versed with language of lines, so it is not difficutl for me to read a drawing and get the idea,, i have been teaching CAD to the students of Architecture,, you can see some of my work on this my website

P.S.:
well i have very extensive experience in doing such task, i have worked with lot of architects and
civil engineer, which made me expert enough to do architectural desinging myself, well i can design a house from scratch, with just the
measurements of the site of the house, with help of survery of the site i can take it from the site plan in AutoCAD to 3d renderings in 3d Max
so all i will need the manual sketches like the ones in zip file you attached, and the specifications, of course verbal communications in this case, may be through online chat, but yes mainly the manual sketches will be fine, you will send me manual sketches and i will send you its CAD files in autocad, all the plans elevations etc. and if needed i will convert this 2d cad into photorealistic 3d renderings for presenting it to the clients
i am very quick with AutoCAD, 3d Max, Solidworks, etc and photoshop etc., i have more than 20 years of work experience in CAD

| Hi. My name is Marcelino A. Balao III, 24. I'm an illustrator of comics. A lead penciler, inker and digital colorist, concept artist and character designer in traditional media and computer graphics and rendering. I'm expert in Photoshop and I'm also a 3d modeler but in architecture software and a bit of 3d max. Basically, I know lots about texturing and environment rendering, modelling of buildings, landscapes, vehicles etc...
Also, I'm a filipino artist here in the Philippines but I'm willing to relocate, and if given the chance I'd be more than willing to fly there just to do what I love the most.. Creating arts!!! I'm going to need sponsorship, of course :)

Just in case you want to know about my long term commitment with clients, I'd be willing to give you an email address of a good client of mine that I'm still working with till now. we have already completed 2 books (Gnosis- Episodes 1,2,3 and 4), we are working for 2 years now.
