I have a very quick and simple project I need today. Go see

I need this document rewritten since I do not own the content. I need a good graphic design for this.

What I am trying to do is create a downloadable card that people can keep in their glovebox in case of an accident that incorporates all of the info on this page. I just want a professional look.
