Project Description:

Redesigning this website: balsams.com

Build an html template css following the specifications provided:

= width of header 960 pixels
= height of header 170 pixels
* Use logo & header scans provided
* see page layout sketch for guidance
* Contact Us & Fax Order Form are to be links within the header image (image map code must be embeded in the css)

Style Guidance
* Font for all the text in the site
must complement the font style in the Business name (doesn't have to be exact but should be close and larger than size 10)

* THe idea is to integrate the paper letterhead provided into a stylish html/css design with highlights of the Christmas tree close up picture for navigation background accent.

* All links outside the Header MUST be in HTML (not images)

Futher Notes:
I require the html/css an all accompanying images.
Needs to be fast loading
