Description

We are requiring a 5-7 page mail-out brochure to be designed to form a print marketing campaign to promote our business and website.

The layout should be broken up into categories [Cameras; Lenses; Apple notebooks; HD Camcorders; Accessories, etc], with each one being approx 3 columns across and 4-5 rows down [an average of 5-10 products per category].

The brochure should be designed in such a way as to form an overall “template”, so in the future it will be very simple and straightforward to add/remove/edit items, change their prices, and so on.

The approx info required for each item in the catalogue would be:

Picture, short description/key points, price [RRP, our price, and % saving].

Most if not all of this content and images can be taken from our website, to both make things quicker, and to keep consistent branding across different mediums.

There also will be a few sub-sections in the brochure explaining current specials, information about our company and so on. There will also be website, phone contact, and address; as well as map and directions explaining how to get to our store on the brochure.

We are looking for designers who can demonstrate and deliver exceptional levels of overall quality and visual appeal. The overall brochure should form something that is professional, reassuring to the customer as to our overall company integrity and quality of products and services offered. We would like demo’s of previous work if we have not worked with you in the past.

We require 3 designs to be completed initially, of which to choose one, and then full revision rights on the chosen design.

We have a strict 7 day timeline for the entire completion of this project, so require commitment from the designer/firm that they are able to work on this constantly with several correspondences per day between start and finish of the project.

There should be a strong emphasis on our company branding in the design of the brochure.

** There is going to be changes/revisions made to this proposal over the next 24 hours, however since we have a strict timeline we wanted to start discussion with designers at this point.
