Hi, Dear Sir. After working for 13 years in a major Portuguese Graphic Company (Ambar, SA) in the Investigation and Development department as a maquette and final arts maker, I'm working as independent worker in this area. I've got a long experience of design, drawing (manual or vectorized art) photo mask and retoutching, editing and in final arts. I 've got a degree in Marketing Management made at the Portuguese School of Marketing and Administration (IPAM) and I made professional formation in Photoshop, Freehand and QuarkXpress. I've also made a workshop called "Drawing in action", by the Arts School of Vila nova de Cerveira with Professor José Rodrigues and Sá Nogueira. Soon I'll pm some work examples.

This device should be something that will "eject" strings or sparkly stuff that will appear bigger than the bear. Perhaps some flashing lights and some T Rex growls. You might also consider including a taser and some pepper spray. Of course make it all childproof but easy to use. Hmmm, why not a device that keeps kids from going where the bears are to begin with???

Hi, oaa. I believe I understand exactly what you're looking for based on your clarification posted on PMB. You want a device drawn that is shaped like a gun but is not as threatening as a real one. Please take a look at the device I've created using Adobe Illustrator. I sent it to you via PM. My drawing makes use of colors that will surely appeal to kids. This is a vector image, so it can be scaled to any size you may need. Please do let me know if you're interested in my offer. I believe I can create drawings that are well-suited to your needs. Looking forward to hearing from you, oaa. - Trixy

Hello, I am a graphic designer new to this site. I find your concept interesting and would like you to consider my bid ofer. I have a background in the graphic novel/and comic book realm of art and story, and would suggest this to begin our conversation - with the subject being children and the intent being to scare, not injure, I suggest staying away from anything that would be weapon (gun, projectile etc.) related and move more into the realm of a spceial version or type of common item that carries a specific special purpose. An ancient pocket stopwatch the glows when danger is near and opens to emit a temporary temporal adjustment freezing the dangerous party in time for escape. Or perhaps a curious flashlight that shows the shadows of a creature the bear or enemy is afraid of much like a child would be afrad of a scary/dangerous shadow on a bedroom wall at night. The challenge is simply to make the mundane appear mystical but not impossible and I would be interested in assisting with this project.
