Description
This should be a very easy graphic creation project for an accomplished photoshop/GIMP/Graphics provider.I'm in need of a 3D coin shaped plague to be placed at the top of a website on a banner. I just need the coin created,
and already have the center image that is to go in the center of the coin.

[Note the one with the blue edge - similar to this. Also note I already have the image to go into the center - I just
need someone to create the outside part and wrap some simple writing around it.]
A more detailed description of this will be given over PM. Files should be delivered in jpg or png file format.
As usual low bids with good reviews may be selected. However those who do not currently have reviews can attach some
past sample graphic work to be considered.
